Peninsula College's contract training programs provide business and industry opportunities to improve employee performance and safety, build leadership and management skills, and develop a teamwork approach to problem solving and decision-making. Training can be designed for one entity or for several in concert.

The Leadership and Management Institute provides training for managers and supervisors in government agencies and local businesses.

Entrepreneur Institute
Provides timely and relevant entrepreneurial training for a variety of interests and age groups. An array of non-credit classes, workshops, and seminars are offered and designed for both aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.

Jefferson Education Center
The Jefferson Education Center (JEC) in Port Hadlock was established in 1999 to provide a central location that is easily accessible for adults to return to, or continue, their education in east Jefferson County. The JEC provides client services and facilities for partner colleges and universities to provide on-site or distance learning opportunities in a large variety of degree and continuing education programs.

Safety Training and Skills
The Safety Training and Skills Institute offers certified safety training for local businesses. Instructors are industry certified and teach to OSHA and WISHA standards.
